They need players like him, especially now that they are in the UEFA Champions League. They will need to rotate the team in order to keep the key players fresh and avoid injuries. Pubill can slot into multiple positions and help the team.

The 22-year-old defender is enjoying his football at Atletico Madrid and has no reason to leave. It is fair to assume that he is unlikely to force an exit from the Spanish club.
